Each week has two touchpoints:

  • Thursday Meeting: Review progress, refine ideas, and approve next steps.

Week 1: Wireframing in Figma (digital design tool)

  • Deep dive into your customers, your offerings, and your goals

  • Create a low-fidelity wireframe to map your site’s layout and navigation

  • End the week with a clear, structural blueprint

Week 2: Painting the Picture

  • Transform wireframes into full-color, branded mockups

  • Align on tone, imagery, and the feeling we want customers to have when they land on your site

  • Finalize design direction before development begins

Deliverable:
Polished, high-fidelity mockups that reflect the final design.

Weeks 3–6: Build + Launch

These four weeks are focused on bringing the vision to life.

Week 3: Foundation Build

  • Build core pages and structure

  • Integrate Squarespace settings, SEO basics, and essential plugins

Week 4: Content Integration

  • Populate copy, images, and key messaging

  • Adjust layouts based on real-world content

  • Optional add-on: Content shoot for fresh, branded photography (additional cost)

Week 5: Polish & Refine

  • Tweak styling, spacing, and mobile responsiveness

  • Test every button, form, and flow

Week 6: Launch + Training

  • Final review and approval

  • Provide hands-on training so you can update and manage your new site with confidence
