I've been experimenting with cameras & digital creation since I was a kid and have been shooting professionally since 2016. The difference between a good outcome and a frustrating dead end is defining the scope. What do you need captured, to be shown where, in what environment. From there we can plan out the layers of detail that translate your value into imagery. A shoot isn't one thing. It's a range, and you can enter it anywhere.
At the small end, it's a tabletop setup: your product lit well and shot clean, sometimes right on a table at home. Quick turnaround, easy to start with, and often all you need is a real image shot in a real environment to build trust. In the middle, it's out in the field. Your product or service caught where it actually lives: in the real world, on-site, in use. At the far end, it's a full studio build, with the crew and control that comes with it. When the work calls for that, it's worth it.
You don't have to know where you belong on that range before we talk. Most people don't. Part of my job is helping you find the point where the effort matches what you're actually trying to make, & no bigger than it needs to be.

I've been messing with cameras since before I was a teenager, and getting paid for it since 2016. It's a strange job. Some of it is craft and gear. A lot of it is accepting that the stars don't always align.

A $1,000 deposit gets us going. When the final assets are delivered, you get one invoice — the fee we agreed on, plus the actual production costs from the shoot. You'll see the shape of that number before we start.

I've missed enough shots over the years to plan around most of what can go wrong. Some days it still goes wrong. When it does, we reschedule and reshoot — and if we truly can't get there, you get your money back. Sometimes you just miss.

Yes — travel is part of what I do.
Local shoots (Salida, CO and surrounding areas) are included in the base rate.
Regional or out-of-state shoots will include travel costs, discussed before we book.
Whenever possible, I align travel with other projects to keep costs lower for everyone involved.
