Why this exists

This is a record of noticing. Each entry starts small and goes wherever it leads. Most won't resolve into anything, and that's fine. This is observation, not conclusion.

The subject is systems. How they build pressure quietly until something reveals it. Climate has the longest record and the clearest instruments, so that's where I'm starting. Brand and organizational culture run on the same architecture.

I'm not trying to convince anyone the ground is moving. I already think it is. I'd rather write down what I'm seeing, what I think it means, and what I'm doing about it than argue with people who'd rather not look.
